Data Analyst Intern | Waystar

The Tone:
This is an in-person internship at Waystar, located at one of the company’s four basecamp locations. Waystar builds a smart platform and provides a better experience to help healthcare providers simplify payments and achieve powerful results across the complete revenue cycle. This role matters as it offers students the opportunity to work with healthcare data, uncover insights, and solve complex problems that drive smarter decisions within the healthcare technology space.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives across the organization.
• Analyze healthcare data to uncover insights and solve complex problems.
• Develop data visualizations and reports to communicate findings.
• Perform trend analysis to inform strategic decisions within the company.
• Work on meaningful projects that contribute to Waystar’s goals.

• Background: Student pursuing a degree relevant to data analysis or a related field.
• Experience: Demonstrated curiosity, analytical thinking, and a detail-driven approach to work.
