The Impact You’ll Make:
The Data Analyst Intern will play a crucial role in transforming customer complaints and warranty data into insightful reports that directly support business decision-making. The ideal candidate for this position is curious, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong passion for converting raw data into actionable insights.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Data Manipulation and Analysis: Clean, transform, and analyze data files using Microsoft Excel, leveraging tools such as pivot tables, Power Query, Scripts, Macros, and advanced formulas.
Dashboard Development: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to effectively track customer complaints and various quality performance indicators (KPIs).
Pattern Discovery: Research, develop, and explore hidden patterns through in-depth analysis of large data sets.
Model Development: Develop algorithms and predictive models, ensuring to validate these models and measure their performance.
Continuous Improvement Support: Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives specifically aimed at reducing line and field failures, and ultimately increasing customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications):
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate and the Office Suite.
• Proficient in Power BI for visual storytelling and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong skills in Excel for data modeling and transformation.
Mindset: Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience: Experience with machine learning tools (e.g., Python, R, or various ML platforms).

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with large datasets and databases.
• Experience in preparing reports for management, specifically stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
