Job Description:

This internship within Bosch’s XC/PMO-NA (Cross-functional/Project Management Office – North America) team seeks a detail-oriented individual with strong math and analytical skills, and management aspirations (project management preferred). The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and soft skills.

Responsibilities:

The intern will support the XC/PMO-NA team in several key areas:

Data Analysis: Creating, checking, and reconciling reports on resource planning, actual usage, costs, and projections. This involves combining reports, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate data to XC-NA management. Collaboration with Cost Controlling (XC/CTG-NA) and plant controlling teams is required for monthly/quarterly reports and incorporating production data analysis. The intern will also work with XC-NA management on data entry and analysis for resource planning and control, and process various database queries to support these efforts. Finally, they will deliver presentations and support data reviews.
Communication and Collaboration: Updating report forms and templates; clarifying and following up on tasks and reports; facilitating joined activities between XC/PMO-NA and other XC division teams; assisting management in preparing and conducting workshops, training, coaching, and assessments.

The internship provides valuable experience in project management controlling and reporting, offering insights into business operations, project planning and management, cost analysis, development/production interaction, cost of quality, and inter-organizational collaboration.
