About the Starbucks Summer Internship Program:
The Starbucks Internship Program is a paid, full-time, 10-week program (June – August 2025) designed to provide students with meaningful work experience in a field of interest and expertise within the Starbucks Store Development Enterprise. Roles will be based out of the Seattle Support Center in Seattle, WA. Relocation and summer housing expenses are provided by Starbucks.

Job Description:
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our data management initiatives. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing a data attribute map with directionality: Mapping out how data flows within our systems.
• Creating process maps for data management: Outlining roles and responsibilities within the data management process.
• Identifying potential system enhancement recommendations: Analyzing existing systems and suggesting improvements to optimize data management efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for students with:
• Interest/experience in system and data architecture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to decipher and document technical and business process discussions for a broad audience.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Internship Program Qualifications:
• Active enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred studies in data/decision science/architecture, computer science, and/or business administration.
• Anticipated graduation date between December 2025 – June 2026.
• Ability to work full-time from June – August 2025.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with systems/data architecture
• Strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication and the ability to collaborate and work well with others
• Strong analytical and problem-solving habits
• Experience presenting technical concepts in an accessible way
