This internship within the Facilities & Operations Services team offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the magic of Disney. As an intern, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for both guests and clients.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Work Measurement: Conduct time and motion studies in the Textiles operation to develop labor standards for accurate performance evaluation.
• Insights: Analyze data to identify trends, commonalities, and other statistical characteristics. Use this analysis to pinpoint improvement opportunities that boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Execution: Collaborate with diverse teams to transform ideas into practical solutions, ensuring consensus before implementation.
• Analytics: Lead data collection, analysis, and visualization efforts for the Textiles department. Craft clear and concise presentations to effectively communicate findings to different audiences.
• Quality: Support Quality Assurance initiatives by designing data collection studies. This includes determining appropriate sample sizes, creating data collection forms, and generating comprehensive reports.
