Job Description: Data Analyst
This position involves analyzing data from various sources (Domo, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.) to gain business insights and develop action plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing reports: Connecting marketing campaigns and activities to goals and outcomes.
• Providing insights: Offering analysis of campaign performance to stakeholders and suggesting opportunities for improvement.
• Data integrity: Reviewing and cleaning data sources.
• Optimization: Identifying areas for optimization through ongoing analysis.
• Trend identification: Collecting and analyzing data to identify trends.
• Data visualization: Creating graphic representations of data and translating complex research into easily understandable content for stakeholders and other departments.
Requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of marketing strategies and a commitment to continuous learning of new marketing tactics and tools.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and their associated data tracking tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and process information.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• One year of college or equivalent office experience.
Pay: $18.00/hour (with a range of $16.80 – $23.10)
