Job Description:
This is a 10-week CX Internship running from June 2nd to August 8th (dates subject to change). As a CX Intern, your responsibilities will include:
• Gaining insight into creating meaningful brands and customer experiences. You will learn about the processes involved in developing strong brand identities and positive customer interactions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and various Havas agencies. You will work alongside professionals from different departments and potentially across multiple agencies within the Havas network.
• Working with and learning from industry innovators. The program offers exposure to experienced professionals who are leaders in their fields.
• Gaining hands-on experience in your department’s processes and daily activities. This is a practical internship; you will be actively involved in real-world projects.
• Attending workshops and learning activities to understand each department’s role. The program includes structured learning opportunities to broaden your understanding of the overall organization.
• Improving your presentation skills and leveraging your personal strengths. You will develop valuable professional skills, including presentation and communication abilities, while also building upon existing skills.
Department Placement:
Based on your skills and interests, you will be placed in one of the following CX departments within a Havas agency located in New York City, Boston, or Chicago:
• Account Management
• Content Strategy
• Design
• User Experience (UX)
Compensation:
The hourly pay rate ranges from $18 to $22. This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay. Relocation reimbursement and housing assistance are not provided. The internship is not remote; a hybrid in-office presence in one of the designated cities is required.
