Dynamic Customer Success Internship – Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS)
C.H. Robinson is excited to offer a dynamic paid internship opportunity within its Robinson Managed Solutions (RMS) in the Customer Success Organization. This internship is meticulously designed to provide you with invaluable hands-on experience in the fast-paced, complex world of global supply chain management.
About the Role & Your Impact:
As an intern, you will be deeply embedded within a cross-functional team, working alongside seasoned supply chain professionals. You’ll play a crucial role in managing thousands of global shipments for our diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 companies, leveraging our proprietary Transportation Management System (TMS). This team is at the forefront of driving customer growth, retention, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Throughout the program, you will gain significant exposure to critical areas of Customer Success, including:
• Relationship management with key clients.
• Understanding P&L ownership within a business context.
• Involvement in contract renewals and upselling strategies.
• Exploration of cutting-edge technology solutions, with a particular focus on AI.
• Insight into capacity services across both North America Surface Transportation (NAST) and Global Forwarding (GF).
You will also have the opportunity to utilize Advanced Analytics to uncover significant savings opportunities, optimize performance, and enhance customer outcomes. As you progress, you’ll build valuable vertical expertise, deepening your understanding of industry-specific challenges and strategic solutions.

Work Environment:

You will work on-site with your peers four days a week, with the added flexibility of working remotely on Fridays. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with account teams and broader functions to solve complex customer problems effectively.
• Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze data, identify continuous improvement areas, and uncover savings opportunities for customers.
• Apply industry and market trends to inform customer strategy and enhance business reviews.
• Manage projects, monitor deliverables, and ensure timely execution to meet customer expectations.
• Present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to all relevant stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly.
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Compensation Range:
This is a paid internship with a compensation range of $15 – $30 per hour. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by various factors, including work location (which accounts for geographic cost of labor), job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that this listed compensation reflects the base pay only and does not include additional variable compensation.
