Customer Service Representative | Uline

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Uline, located in Braselton, GA. This role is crucial for delivering the legendary service customers love, focusing on order details, building strong relationships, and understanding customer needs to provide Uline’s best solutions. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring customers have a positive experience with every interaction.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Orders: Process customer orders and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Recommendations: Make product recommendations based on identified customer needs and Uline’s solutions.
• Expertise: Answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Relationships: Build business relationships with customers over phone, email, and chat.
• Support: Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus; Uline will provide training for those eager to learn.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
