Job Description: Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative role at Store 2705136 (7435 St Andrews Rd, Irmo, South Carolina 29063) is a part-time position with flexible availability. This role is ideal for individuals who desire a challenging, fun, and fast-paced environment with opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers warmly.
• Operating the cash register and handling cashiering duties.
• Making purchase suggestions to customers (selling products).
• Potentially working with the store’s food program.
• Working around the store (inside and out) in various areas to maintain high standards for store appearance.
• Providing fast and friendly service to customers.
• Interacting with many customers daily.
• Working as part of an energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.
• Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift.

• Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
