Job Description: Customer Service Representative
This role is for a Part-time Overnight Shift Customer Service Representative at Store 2705136, located at 7435 St Andrews Rd, Irmo, South Carolina 29063.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:
• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, providing fast and friendly service, making purchase suggestions, and engaging in friendly conversation. You will interact with many customers daily.
• Sales & Operations: Running the register, cashiering, and sometimes working with the food program.
• Store Maintenance: Working around the store (both inside and out) in various areas to maintain high standards for store appearance.
• Team Collaboration: Working as part of a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
• Attendance: Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance.

Physical Requirements for the role include:
• Standing/Walking: Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lifting/Carrying:
• Up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Pushing/Pulling: With arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bending/Twisting: At the waist with some twisting for up to one hour a shift.
• Manual Dexterity: Grasping, reaching, and manipulating objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination. May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
