What You’ll Actually Do
• Welcome Customers: Greet, help, and thank all customers entering and exiting the store.
• Prevent Loss: Implement strategies to deter and prevent theft and unauthorized removal of merchandise at store entrances.
• Verify Purchases: Accurately check customer purchases upon exit to ensure all items are accounted for.
• Manage Returns: Assist customers with the process of returning items at the entrance as needed.
• Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe and secure environment at all store entry and exit points.
