Position: Customer Experience and Social Media Intern
Type: Part-Time, Paid Internship
Hours: 25-35 hrs/week
Location: Boston (2 days/week in office)

Responsibilities:

Onboard customers and provide technical support.
Manage social media engagement and content coordination.
Collaborate on product, marketing, and strategy projects.
Work directly with the leadership team.
• Limited and flexible weekend availability required.
