About the Job
Levy Restaurants is seeking Culinary Interns to join their team at the Tennessee Titans. This rotational internship provides an opportunity for current and recent graduates in Culinary arts programs to gain hands-on experience in various back of house areas, including:
• Catering: Big event and bulk food production
• Purchasing: Warehouse and food rotation
• Premium: Chef table development and execution
• Financial: Product cost month end inventory, managing budgets, data, and analytics
Responsibilities
As a Culinary Intern, you will:
• Participate in all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and serving
• Ensure adherence to all food handling, sanitation, and customer service standards
• Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes
• Assist with menu development and recipe selection
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Current or recent graduate in a Culinary arts program
• Passion for food and beverage industry
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
