CSO Operations Summer Intern | Aledade
The Tone:
This is a 10-week summer internship at Aledade, starting June 1st, 2026, and concluding on August 7th, 2026, located remotely. Aledade, a public benefit corporation founded in 2014, empowers independent primary care practices across the country. The company helps these practices deliver better patient care and thrive in value-based care models by establishing contracts with health plans. This internship offers a unique opportunity within the Customer Success Organization (CSO) to contribute to significant operational projects, enhance efficiency and visibility, and gain valuable exposure to senior leadership within the complex healthcare system.

• Mission: This person will enhance the efficiency and visibility of operations across various Customer Success Organization teams.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting Framework: Build and implement a consistent reporting framework across all Customer Success Organization teams, including Patient Engagement, Overlay, Go-To-Market, Education, and Aledade Learning Academy, to increase the visibility of work, impact, and capacity.
• Onboarding Journey Mapping: Meticulously map the current onboarding process for new practices as part of the Customer Lifecycle initiative, which involves identifying key pain points and synthesizing insights gathered from cross-functional partners like Growth, Implementation, Integrations, Field, and Product teams.
• PMO Structure Design: Contribute to the design of a lightweight Project Management Office (PMO) structure for the Customer Success Organization by drafting standard templates for project intake, planning, and status reporting, and documenting a simple and scalable operating model for future CSO initiatives.
• Professional Development: Participate in dedicated intern cohort meetings that feature insights from company leaders, provide professional development programming, and offer networking opportunities with fellow interns.
• Executive & Industry Exposure: Gain direct exposure to senior executives and industry leaders, receiving valuable mentorship and career guidance, and developing expertise in critical areas such as healthcare policy, business operations, Medicare, commercial payer contracts, and clinical workflows, including opportunities to attend relevant industry events.

• Experience: Prior internship experience is required.
• Skills: Analytical thinking, strong mathematical skills, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to produce high-quality work.
