Key Responsibilities

• Expert Recommendations: Recommend the ideal cruise lines, ships, and itineraries based on a deep understanding of client preferences and travel goals.
• Comprehensive Travel Coordination: Skillfully coordinate all aspects of travel, including pre- and post-cruise arrangements such as flights and hotel stays, ensuring a seamless journey.
• Enhanced Onboard Experiences: Book specialty dining, captivating excursions, and other personalized onboard experiences to enrich the client’s cruise.
• Value Maximization: Proactively track and apply promotions, upgrades, and loyalty program benefits to ensure clients receive the best possible value.
• Continuous Learning: Maintain expert-level knowledge of major cruise lines, their ships, itineraries, and global destinations through ongoing research and training.

What You Bring

• Industry Experience: Prior experience booking or selling cruises is preferred, demonstrating a foundational understanding of the cruise travel industry.
• Extensive Cruise Knowledge: Strong knowledge of both ocean and river cruise options, allowing for diverse recommendations.
• Autonomy & Organization: Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple bookings efficiently, and maintain a high level of organization in a remote setting.
• Client-Centric Skills: Excellent customer service skills, coupled with adept upselling abilities to enhance client experiences and satisfaction.
