Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op

How You’ll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

As a Crew Technology Strategy Co-Op, you will be an integral part of the Strategy and PMO team, dedicated to enhancing operational efficiency and driving technology improvements within Crew Resources. This role offers an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in critical areas such as project management, business process analysis, and technology implementation. You will work collaboratively alongside experienced Product Managers, Product Owners, and various business leaders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, encompassing process mapping, documentation, and implementation activities.
  • Help organize and clarify business requirements for technology projects, engaging in collaborative efforts with diverse cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, IFS, FOP, OCC, OAP, ODS, and HR.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes by proactively identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to effectively support project objectives and informed decision-making.
  • Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights and project findings to stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Management content, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Glossaries of Terminology, and team pages.
  • Participate in meetings, prepare essential documentation, and assist in communicating project status and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively support project goals and deliverables.
  • Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, ensuring a secure working environment.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

Please Note: Working as a Co-op does not guarantee a full-time opportunity upon graduation. This position is specifically designed to provide you with valuable educational and professional work experience to prepare you for your career. This position requires a commitment to work for 2-3 alternating semesters. You cannot actively take any courses (inclusive of online or in-person) and work as a Co-op at the same time, which may delay your graduation by 1-2 semesters.

Program Requirements:

  • Rotations: Fall 2026, Summer 2027, Spring 2028 (Able to commit to three alternating work semesters).
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-sufficient and able to complete assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure.
  • Eager to accept responsibility and contribute to value-added projects.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work with and safeguard confidential and sensitive information.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
