What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Coordination: Coordinate and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including process mapping, documentation, and implementation activities.
• Requirements Gathering: Organize and clarify business requirements for technology projects through collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams.
• Process Optimization: Contribute to the development and optimization of business processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to effectively support project objectives and informed decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication: Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate data-driven insights and project findings to stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Able to commit to three alternating work semesters (Fall 2026, Summer 2027, Spring 2028), self-sufficient in completing assignments, and detail-oriented.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong written and verbal communication skills, and analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Experience working in cross-departmental teams or on technology-related projects, experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and an interest in airline operations, project management, or technology development.
