Job Description:
Jersey Mike’s Subs in Ontario, OH is hiring crew members for their dinner team. The ideal candidate will have open availability, including weekends. As a crew member, you will be responsible for preparing and serving Jersey Mike’s sub sandwiches while maintaining the company’s standards for quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and assembling sub sandwiches according to Jersey Mike’s recipes and standards.
• Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Working effectively as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting pay is $12/hour PLUS TIPS (averaging an extra $3/hour).
• Free food is provided with every shift.
