Detailed Job Description:
• Position: Crew Member (Front or Back of House)
• Reports To: Manager on Duty
• Responsibilities: The Crew Member is responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and following restaurant policies. Specific tasks include:
• Providing excellent guest service and hospitality.
• Demonstrating proper personal hygiene and food safety practices.
• Maintaining a neat and well-groomed appearance.
• Following restaurant policies on attendance and conduct.
• Assisting guests with product knowledge and promotional information.
• Following safety standards.
• Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have:
• A flexible schedule, especially weekday availability from 11:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
• A willingness to build a positive and fun work culture.
• Good communication skills and a hospitable demeanor.
• A sense of urgency.
• The ability to learn and demonstrate food safety knowledge.
• Physical Requirements: The job requires:
• Standing constantly.
• Walking constantly.
• Sitting occasionally.
• Handling items constantly.
• Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs constantly and 11-20 lbs consistently.
• Schedule and Compensation:
• Flexible hours: 15 hours per week to full-time, depending on availability.
• Minimum pay: $15 per hour (commensurate with experience, availability, and responsibilities).
• Weekday availability: Key, especially between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM.
