The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Cotton Holdings Inc., located in Atlanta, GA, though it requires extensive travel for an extended length of time. • Mission: To lead and work alongside general labor personnel during event-driven projects, ensuring quality work, meeting deadlines, and supporting a team environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Crew Leadership: Lead and work alongside general labor personnel on event-driven projects, explaining job tasks and guiding them to ensure quality work.
• Restoration Execution: Conduct essential cleaning steps for fire, water, and mold, including wiping down, packing, inventory control, removing debris, wrapping goods, and loading/unloading vehicles.
• Training & Quality Assurance: Assist Project Managers or Assistant Project Managers in training agency general labor and reviewing individual work to ensure proper cleaning and eliminate repeat tasks.
• Site Safety & Compliance: Abide by all safety and company policies, use required personal protection equipment for various job types, and immediately report any accidents, unsafe environments, or behaviors.
• Team Communication: Communicate effectively with all employees as needed to promote a positive and productive work environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High School Diploma/GED preferred. Core domain knowledge in Demolition, Restoration, and/or Construction.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience, including Team Lead or Crew Lead experience. Ability to travel for an extended amount of time is REQUIRED.
• Skills: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods (4+ hours), bend, squat, reach consistently, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to work in hot and smoky environments while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment like full-face respirators and eye goggles. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Bonus: Previous disaster relief experience is a plus. Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
