Credit Coordinator

Location: Oklahoma City, OK, US, 73120

About the Role:

As a Credit Coordinator, you will provide first-line service support for Love’s Retail credit programs (Love’s Express, Tire Care Express). You will be a member of the Retail Team and provide primary customer support for incoming receivables-related account issues.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound collections calls to customers regarding past due invoices
• Take inbound calls from customers and internal departments regarding past due commercial accounts
• Reconcile accounts that have disputes or inaccuracies
• Address customer issues, questions, and complaints in a timely manner
• Problem solve and analyze situations to determine the best solution
• Serve as a liaison between the customer, sales team, and Love’s internal departments
• Operate office equipment including computers and phone software as necessary
• Assist customers in using online bill pay and invoice viewing features as requested
• Promote services and provide a level of support that drives overall customer satisfaction
• Participate in weekly team meetings required to discuss specific accounts

Currently pursuings:

Education:
• HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Experienced individuals will be considered

Experience:
• B2B Collection experience in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Microsoft office products (primarily Outlook and Excel)
• Phone System/Software experience is a must
• SAP experience is a plus
