Job Description: Creative Marketing Intern

This is a part-time internship position, requiring 15-20 hours per week, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Summary: The intern will assist the Marketing Manager with various tasks related to social media, content creation, and general marketing support for four restaurants and a catering brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Build, plan, and maintain social media calendars for all four restaurants and the catering brand.
Engagement: Manage all social media engagement.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, General Managers, and Chefs to create engaging social media content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Sales Support: Provide assistance to the sales team as needed.
Visual Content: Utilize light photography and videography skills (a plus).
Email Marketing: Help with updating email subscriber lists.
Strategy Execution: Assist in planning and executing social media strategies aimed at driving engagement and growth for each unique brand, tailored to their specific audience.
Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools such as Instagram Insights and Facebook Analytics to refine strategies and optimize growth.
Outreach: Conduct influencer outreach.

Skills:
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer Service: Experience or knowledge of customer service principles.
Social Media Knowledge: Familiarity with various social media platforms.
Interpersonal Skills: Good to better interpersonal skills.
General Interest: A general interest and knowledge in the marketing field.
Graphic Design: Knowledge of graphic design tools is considered a plus.
Prior Experience: Prior marketing-related experience is a plus.
