The incubator is a multi-agency studio collective comprising SVZ (brand & strategy), ATRCT Studios (production & content), and Hours Global (creative innovation lab). They develop work at the intersection of culture, digital design, and future-thinking experiences.
Job Description:
The company is seeking creative-minded interns with technical ability in design, editing, and execution to join their team this summer. This internship offers the chance to support a range of projects, from AI brand platforms to visual identities, TikTok campaigns, and web launches. Interns will work alongside teams, contributing to active projects, developing skills, and receiving credit for their work.
What You’ll Do:
• Support active client work across branding, design, production, and content.
• Help with asset creation: layout design, video editing, motion graphics, reels.
• Collaborate on pitch decks, brand systems, and social content kits.
• Join creative meetings, take notes, and help organize files and workflows.
• Experiment with new formats, AI tools, and creative R&D.
Who You Are:
• Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.
• Experience with new AI technology within the space
• Strong sense of visual style, layout, and storytelling.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced creative environments.
• Interested in brand building, design systems, culture, AI, or social content production.
• Bonus: Familiar with AI editing tools like Runway, ElevenLabs, Midjourney.
