Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Creative Content & Media Intern to become an integral part of our vibrant media team. This dynamic role is central to capturing, creating, and meticulously managing the digital storytelling of MADE Hoops events. As an intern, you will wield significant influence in showcasing the next generation of basketball talent, whether you’re behind the lens, in the editing suite, crafting compelling graphics, or engaging audiences as an on-screen host. Key Responsibilities:
This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to specialize and contribute across various creative disciplines. Your day-to-day activities may include, but are not limited to:

On-Site Videography & Photography: Dynamically capture the essence of our events by shooting high-energy gameplay, compelling B-roll footage, and engaging sideline content to visually narrate the story of each tournament weekend.
Video Editing & Production: Masterfully craft compelling highlight reels, short-form social media clips, and comprehensive recap videos. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is a strict requirement for all video-centric responsibilities.
Social Hosting & On-Camera Talent: Step into the spotlight as an on-camera personality, conducting insightful player interviews and actively engaging with our audience to authentically bring the vibrant event atmosphere to life across digital platforms.
Graphic Design: Develop and design visually striking social media assets, engaging thumbnails, and various promotional materials that capture attention and reinforce the MADE Hoops brand.
Media Asset Management: Provide crucial support in the efficient sorting, tagging, and meticulous organization of large volumes of raw footage and photographic assets, ensuring a well-maintained and accessible internal media library.
Digital Community Engagement: Actively participate in community management by engaging with our digital audience, promptly responding to comments and direct messages, and fostering meaningful conversations across all social platforms.
Content Performance Analytics: Contribute to the strategic growth of our digital presence by tracking and reporting on key social media performance metrics, providing valuable insights to optimize content strategy and expand our reach.

Required Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

Adobe Premiere Pro Expertise: Strict proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is mandatory for all applicants focused on video editing and/or videography.
Exceptional Organizational Skills: Demonstrable strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, particularly crucial for effective media asset management.
Adaptability in Dynamic Environments: Proven ability to excel and contribute effectively within a fast-paced, high-energy live sports environment.
Professional Communication: Excellent clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Project Management Acumen: Capacity to efficiently manage multiple creative tasks simultaneously and consistently meet strict deadlines.
Passion for the Game: A genuine and profound passion for basketball, youth sports culture, and staying abreast of the latest digital content trends.

Preferred (but Not Required) Qualifications:
Candidates who possess the following will be highly regarded:

Adobe Creative Cloud Fluency: Experience with other components of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects.
Compelling Portfolio: A robust portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous creative work and demonstrating your capabilities.
On-Camera Presence: Prior experience with on-camera hosting or conducting interviews.
Analytics Familiarity: Familiarity with various social media analytics tools and platforms.
