The Opportunity: CQV Intern

Legend Biotech is seeking a CQV Intern to join its Technical Operations team. This position is based in Raritan, NJ.

Role Overview

This internship provides a valuable opportunity to learn and understand general Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles. The intern will actively support the Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) department within a Commercial Cell Therapy Manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of site GMP requirements.
• Understand site-specific commissioning & qualification requirements.
• Receive hands-on training on one (1) to three (3) equipment/instrument commissioning & qualification activities.
• Support the crucial initiative of transitioning executed C&Q documents from paper to digital formats.
• Assist C&Q team members with various miscellaneous activities as needed.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm for learning, understanding, and supporting the C&Q team.
• Work collaboratively within a team setting, interacting with departments such as document control, facilities & engineering, and quality.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
• Possess a basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
