We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. This role is an immediate opening and offers a fantastic opportunity to build a rewarding career within a company that values its associates and promotes growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice to customers, guiding them to the best products to meet their specific needs.
• Efficiently process customer orders using our established order management system.
• Operate cash registers accurately and adhere to all cash handling procedures.
• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick-up, ensuring readiness and accuracy.
• Maintain the store’s visual appeal and merchandising standards as instructed.
• Ensure merchandise is consistently restocked and organized in its designated areas.
• Uphold a safe working environment at all times, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of products relevant to our industries is a plus.
• Strong general digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, is required.
• Ability to lift, load, and prepare merchandise for delivery or pick-up.
• Solid general math skills necessary for accurate cash accounting.
• A strong ability and willingness to learn is a must-have!
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills are essential for customer interaction and teamwork.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Compensation:

Starting at $21.00 per hour, with the potential for higher pay based on experience. The estimated pay range for this role is $15.00 – $26.02 per hour. This role is also eligible for our Bonus or Incentive Plan.
