• Mission: To ensure the impeccable appearance and longevity of costumes and wardrobe items for all characters and productions.
• Tech Stack: Industrial sewing equipment, domestic sewing equipment
What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage costume logistics by routinely cleaning, sanitizing, organizing, and distributing wardrobe pieces for daily operations.
• Execute costume repairs and construction, utilizing both industrial and domestic sewing equipment to maintain and create new pieces as assigned.
• Support departmental operations through collaborative efforts with Entertainment Management and by training new team members.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment within all Show Wardrobe areas, performing routine cleaning and maintaining organized spaces.
• Navigate production spaces safely, including potentially dark and restrictive areas, while strictly adhering to all park policies and procedures.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum age of 18 years with required basic sewing, costuming, and laundry skills.
• Experience: Proficiency in operating industrial and domestic sewing equipment for repairs and construction.
• Skills: Basic sewing skills, costume maintenance, laundry operations, attention to detail, and strong teamwork abilities.
• Bonus: Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, a professional and self-motivated approach, and the ability to multi-task effectively.
