Cost Accounting Intern | Olin

What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entry Management: You will post journal entries and provide support on SAP entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Activity Analysis: You will analyze functional activity and postings to identify trends and ensure compliance.
• Inventory Oversight: You will review inventory adjustment postings and MRO refurbishment orders to support inventory accuracy.
• Project Support: You will support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the accounting team, contributing to broader initiatives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Undergraduate or graduate student (or pending enrollment in a Master’s program) at an accredited college or university, majoring in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related degree.
• Experience: Must maintain an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale throughout your time at Olin.
• Skills: Journal entry processing, financial activity analysis, inventory record review.
• Other: Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
