What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Develop accurate cost per unit models that impact sales pricing.
• Present: Present cost findings and analyses to management and accounting teams.
• Execute: Perform monthly closing activities related to sales and materials.
• Analyze: Conduct sales and materials analysis for budget events, material usage, and sales variances.
• Prepare: Prepare pricing quotes, sales breakdowns, and profit analyses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, or an Associate’s degree combined with at least 2 years of relevant experience. This is an entry-level role requiring knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, Cost Accounting principles, and general accounting functions.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting-related field if holding an Associate’s degree. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and presentation skills.
