Corporate Strategy Associate Internship:

This internship is designed for aspiring business leaders who are passionate about driving growth and impacting the future of the Food & Agriculture industry.

As a Corporate Strategy Associate Intern, you will work directly with Cargill’s Executive Team and other senior business leaders on high-priority projects and initiatives. This involves developing corporate, business, and functional strategies that will shape the company’s long-term direction.

You will play a critical role in:

• Evaluating market entry opportunities
• Developing new business models
• Defining Cargill’s long-term strategy in response to emerging industry trends
• Managing risks and capitalizing on opportunities presented by global challenges

You will work closely with Cargill’s leadership as a trusted internal consultant, gaining valuable experience in:

• Written and verbal communication, including storyline development and executive presentation preparation
• Planning and structuring work in support of team leaders
• Problem-solving, including developing and testing hypotheses, data gathering and analysis
• Collaboration with business partners to build consensus and drive recommendations
• Participating in professional development activities with senior leaders
• Bringing an objective and external lens to Cargill
