• Pay: $129546–$239796 yearly
• Team: Teams with leaders across Highspring to deliver integrated Corporate Performance Management (CPM) services to clients in the office of the CFO, CAO, and CIO.
• Mission: Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements, including new implementations and optimization efforts, across the full project lifecycle.
• Tech Stack: OneStream XF, OneStream business rules, .NET, VBA, SQL

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead technical aspects of OneStream engagements through the full project lifecycle, covering requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Contribute: Team with CPM practice leadership to set and execute strategy, grow the practice, deepen the OneStream alliance, and support staffing and recruiting efforts.
• Support: Support business development pursuits and marketing initiatives, including events, conferences, discovery, demonstrations, and proposal efforts.
• Ensure: Ensure adherence to Highspring’s delivery methodology, standards, and tools, while proactively identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
• Develop: Educate internal and external audiences on OneStream XF capabilities and best practices, and develop team members through coaching, mentorship, and technical training.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Managerial level with a strong understanding of functional business processes enabled by CPM, including close, consolidation, reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting, along with a strong perspective on CPM best practices.
• Experience: 3+ years of direct, full life cycle experience implementing or optimizing OneStream, plus 5+ additional years in OneStream and/or other market-leading CPM solutions. Requires 5+ years of relevant professional services experience and experience managing projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource management.
• Skills: Expertise in OneStream business rules and/or .NET and/or VBA and/or SQL. Experience with data integration, conversions, and interfaces. Demonstrated ability to develop technical solutions for functional business needs, and a proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, IT, or a related field. Prior functional, industry experience in corporate accounting or financial planning & analysis (FP&A). OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) lead architect certification, or CPA, PMP, CSM, or Six Sigma certifications.
