• Experience: At least three years specifically in corporate transactional paralegal work, encompassing corporate maintenance, entity formation, dissolutions, and transactional closings.
• Skills: Expertise in corporate maintenance, entity formation, dissolutions, and transactional closing procedures.
• Bonus: Previous experience supporting mergers and acquisitions transactions.
