## Description: Corporate Operations Interns

Talos is seeking enthusiastic and talented interns who enjoy tackling complex problems to join their 12-week internship program running from June to August 2025. This opportunity is open to current university students graduating Fall 2025 or Spring 2026, and requires work authorization to work in the US, with the internship based in New York City. Sponsorship for internships is not available at this time.

Responsibilities & Duties

Interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, contribute to impactful strategies, and collaborate with professionals who have driven success in leading global organizations. Responsibilities and duties will vary depending on the specific department, but may include:

Finance Intern:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
• Support the finance team in managing accounts payable and receivable
• Conduct research on market trends and financial best practices

People & Talent Intern:

• Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee data from various sources
• Analyze workforce data, identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee engagement, retention, performance, and diversity
• Work closely with the People team to understand their data needs and support their efforts in leveraging data-driven insights
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team by documenting insights, methodologies, and best practices

Marketing Intern:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content that effectively communicates Talos’ value proposition
• Monitor trends in the crypto/fintech/capital markets to help Talos position itself for success
• Conduct competitor analysis around brand, messaging, marketing, and press
• Track and report on marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) using marketing technology tools
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital channels

Currently pursuings:

• Class of 2026 pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field
• Bright, quick-thinking individuals who enjoy tackling complex challenges
• Passionate about problem-solving and thrive on figuring things out
• Energetic, creative, and autonomous self-starter
• Proven hands-on experience in financial institutions or technology companies
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Interest in digital assets markets/trading is a plus
