Corporate Internship Program

The Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Corporate Internship program is designed for rising seniors seeking a game-changing first step in their career journey. The program runs for multiple weeks from mid-June to mid-August and offers interns the following experiences:

Placement: Interns are placed in departments based on their interviews, interests, and skills.
Hands-on Experience: Interns participate in business-critical meetings, lead projects, work with cross-functional teams, attend professional trainings, and brainstorm with leadership.
Exposure: The program provides exposure to different brands and departments, giving interns a broader company overview and helping them determine career paths.
Innovation: Interns are encouraged to pioneer new ideas for their assigned brands or functions.
Final Project: During the final week, interns present their project proposals to the executive leadership team. Many of these projects have been implemented in new business strategies.
Networking: Social and networking opportunities are hosted for interns, including cohort lunches and social hours.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Undergraduate: Junior year with an anticipated graduation date in 2026
GPA: 3.5 or above
Location: Open to interning onsite at one of our brands in San Francisco or Brooklyn, New York
Passion: Strong interest in the family of brands, home décor, or retail
Skills: Ability to prioritize, move quickly, solve problems strategically, and utilize Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)

Compensation & Benefits:

hourly Rate: $20.00 – $24.00 (actual pay determined based on experience and job-related factors)
Benefits: May include benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
