This is an announcement for full-time paid Internships within Penske Truck Leasing’s Corporate offices team for the Summer of 2026.
Position Overview:
Interns will work full-time, generally Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, for approximately 12 weeks (May – August). These are temporary seasonal positions.
Location:
The internships are based at Penske’s Corporate offices in Green Hills, PA, a suburban setting located 7 miles South of Reading, PA. The location offers a convenient commute with ample free and easy parking.
Internship Program Details:
This is described as an extremely hands-on, robust program. In addition to specific assignments and projects related to their field of study, all Interns will participate in Penske’s Cooperative Internship Program, which includes events throughout the summer focused on three main pillars:

Job Qualifications:
• Education:
• Must be a full-time college student pursuing either a Bachelor’s degree (entering Junior or Senior year) or a post-Bachelor’s degree in an accredited program.
• Completion of some core curriculum classes is preferred.
• Note: Some internships may require specific areas of study.
• GPA: A GPA of 3.0 or higher is required.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Solid understanding of time management and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to interface professionally with all levels in the organization.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to work the required schedule and at the specified location.
• Completion of the Penske employment application.
• Submission to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and a drug screening.
Physical Demands:
The role involves physical demands representative of performing essential functions. These include:
• Vision abilities: Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Physical actions: Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk or hear. Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
