Job Description: Corporate Finance Internship – Summer 2025 (Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA)

This 10-week summer internship offers hands-on experience within PMI’s U.S. Finance team. Interns will work alongside senior finance leaders across multiple U.S. office locations, contributing to meaningful projects that add value to stakeholders. The internship promises to improve business acumen and provide resume-worthy experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Gaining hands-on experience in various finance activities.
• Learning and improving processes within Financial Controlling and Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Liaising with colleagues across different finance sub-functions.
• Completing a project that contributes real value to the organization.
• Participating in professional development and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field (Economics, Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, etc.).
• Expected graduation date between December 2025 and June 2026.
• Proficiency in MS-365, especially Excel.
• Experience with databases and statistical analysis methods.
• Understanding of financial statements and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and draw insights.
• Comfort working independently and in groups.
• Results and goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to interact with senior management.

Essential Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Commutable distance to Stamford, CT or Richmond, VA.

• hourly base salary range: $25 – $35/hour.
