Job Description – Corporate College Internship Program
This is a 3-6 month paid, full-time internship program based at the Corporate Headquarters in Orlando, Florida. The program is designed to provide interns with practical work experience in a specific department.
Program Highlights:
• Immersion Program: Gain work experience in one specific department.

• Operational Duties: Participate in the day-to-day tasks of your assigned department.
• eLearning Opportunities: Access online training resources to enhance your skills.
• Virtual Meetings: Connect with site and company leaders.
Available Departments/Areas:
• Resort Operations, Corporate: Interns will support business operations in specific Corporate Office departments, with a focus on Food & Beverage. Gain an understanding of general Resort Operations – from a corporate perspective.
• Food & Beverage Industry Experience Required
Internship Summary:
• Learn and perform the job duties of the position(s) within the assigned department.
• Involvement in department projects.
• Learn about the components that drive Guest Satisfaction and Associate Engagement.
• Opportunities to contribute to these important matters.
• Introduced to and have the opportunity to demonstrate the company’s values and core beliefs.
• Successful interns will be given a high level of consideration for future career opportunities with Marriott Vacation Club.
Job Requirements:
• Education:
• Pursuing a college degree (Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, or Senior).
• Preferred: Degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Undecided majors may be considered.
• Experience:
• Prior Hospitality experience preferred.
• Past Interns who are interested in completing an additional internship will be considered first. Previous performance rating will be taken into consideration.
Standards of Dress & Grooming
• Corporate Interns must adhere to Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation Policy HR-EMP-19 Standards of Appearance.
• Non-uniformed interns should dress with good business taste and in clothing appropriate to their jobs. Good business taste does not include ripped blue jeans, shorts, spandex pants, tank tops, midriffs, halter tops, or other generally recognized casual sportswear. Dress or skirt length should be no shorter than four inches above the knee. All interns must wear proper undergarments.
