Job Description: Entry Level Contracts Management Position

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate, administer, extend, terminate, and renegotiate both standard and non-standard contracts.
• Evaluate contract performance to determine the need for amendments, extensions, or compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain communication with all parties involved to ensure timely contract implementation.
• Ensure final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached during negotiations.
• May plan and participate in training programs for company personnel on contract practices and negotiations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be able to establish effective working relationships and communication with internal and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn other software applications required for the job.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and teamwork-focused, with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, international studies, legal, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical skills, capable of analyzing financial and contractual data to make informed business decisions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working effectively in team environments.
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Desire to work independently and accept increased responsibility for work product as you develop.
• Strong business acumen for negotiating business deals.

Security Clearance:

• This position requires a government security clearance, so US citizenship is mandatory.
• Clearance Level: Secret
