Compensation: $15.75 – $18 per hour, varies depending on the education level
Schedule: Full-Time (up to 40 hours per week) from May 18th, 2026 to August 14th, 2026, following a Hybrid Schedule.

About the Role:
OUC is looking for a Contracts & Finance Intern to partner with the Contract, Finance & Project Management team within the Operations Administration division.
Key Responsibilities (You Will Be Involved In):
- Assisting with monthly financial analysis, reporting activities, and preparation of recurring budget presentations to support department financial oversight.
- Supporting property damage billing processes and assisting with financial transaction corrections to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting in the development, tracking, and analysis of budget alignment metrics, including potential dashboard creation and reporting in Excel, potentially PowerBI.
- Supporting Contract Administrators by assisting with joint-use audits, billing activities, and the development of related tracking and performance metrics.
- Performing other related duties as assigned to support contracts, finance, and operational needs.
Internship Eligibility Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
- Academic status of Sophomore or above.
- Program of study: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above at the time of application.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Previous internship experience preferred.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate to advanced Excel skills).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong numerical skills, including calculating rates, ratios, and percentages.
- Experience with financial analysis, research, forecasting, and reporting; Power BI preferred.
- General knowledge of budgeting and accounting principles; fast learner eager to apply skills in a real-world setting.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive; able to work independently.
- Ability to prioritize and resolve issues under deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
- Proven ability to learn new skills quickly.
