2026 Summer Intern: Contracting Operations

Aledade is actively recruiting for its 2026 Summer Intern program! Interns at Aledade receive invaluable guidance from senior leaders and engage in substantive, hands-on projects designed to foster a deep understanding of overall operations within Aledade and the intricacies of our complex healthcare system.

This internship will commence on June 1st, 2026, and conclude after a 10-week period on August 7th, 2026.

About the Contracting Operations Intern Role

The Contracting Operations intern will play a pivotal and mission-critical role in the MSSP (Medicare Shared Savings Program) Application Process. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, as any oversight could significantly impact a practice’s ability to join MSSP with Aledade for an entire year.

Key Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) of practice submissions to CMS, which includes:
  • Ensuring all submitted paperwork accurately aligns with the details provided on the application.
  • Verifying that the submission has been correctly made to the intended ACO (Accountable Care Organization).
  • Confirming that all practices who have signed a Participation Agreement (PA) possess a corresponding CMS submission.
• Assist with the high-volume and time-sensitive task of sending reshuffle Participation Agreements (PAs) to our existing practices.
• Uphold an exceptional level of attention to detail, recognizing the critical nature of this work in enabling practices to participate in MSSP.
