Contract Administrator | Fullsight

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Fullsight, located in Warrendale, PA. Fullsight provides shared services for three affiliated organizations: SAE Industry Technologies Consortia, Performance Review Institute, and SAE International, which collectively define best practices, facilitate supply chain oversight, and advance mobility engineering standards. This role is crucial for managing the entire lifecycle of commercial contracts, ensuring governance, template compliance, risk-based review, and controlled execution processes across diverse U.S. and global business units.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Warrendale, PA
• Team: In partnership with the Legal team, supporting Fullsight, LLC and its affiliated organizations.
• Mission: Oversees the full lifecycle of commercial contracts to ensure governance, template compliance, risk-based review, and controlled execution processes.
• Tech Stack: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, electronic signature platforms, Microsoft Office Suite (Word).

What You’ll Actually Do
• Contract Review: Draft, review, and conduct limited negotiation of commercial agreements, identifying and assessing legal, financial, operational, and compliance risks.
• Workflow Management: Serve as the central intake and control point for all contracts, managing them from initiation through execution and ensuring required approvals are obtained.
• Template Governance: Maintain and enhance contract templates, clause libraries, and fallback language, enforcing the use of approved forms and recommending updates.
• Execution & CLM: Oversee contract execution processes, including e-signature workflows, and ensure all agreements are properly stored and maintained within the designated CLM system.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Compliance, and other business stakeholders to support contract processing, execution requirements, and provide workflow guidance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 3–5 years of directly related contract administration or transactional experience. This role is for an experienced professional with a strong foundation in commercial contract administration.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial agreements in a corporate legal department, law firm, or comparable business environment. Required experience includes using a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and electronic signature platforms.
• Skills: Working knowledge of core contract law principles and demonstrated understanding of common commercial contract provisions. Strong analytical skills for identifying risks, excellent written communication with high attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word document redlining and formatting.
• Bonus: A paralegal certificate or contract management certification (e.g., NCMA), experience supporting multi-entity or multi-jurisdictional organizations, or familiarity with data privacy agreements (DPAs), SaaS agreements, or technology licensing.
