Continuous Improvement Manufacturing Internship | Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling
The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, located in Los Angeles, CA. Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is a leading beverage provider. This internship supports “Operations Excellence” initiatives, managing projects aimed at enhancing the plant’s operational performance. Interns will apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve plant efficiency, gaining valuable experience by working closely with manufacturing leaders and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Execution: Accomplish assigned tasks, activities, and projects under the guidance of an Intern Manager.
• Deadline Adherence: Meet or exceed project deliverables and specified deadlines.
• Technical Development: Develop technical expertise pertinent to the functional area of the internship.
• Business Acumen: Seize opportunities to learn and develop business acumen within the company.
• Professional Application: Apply functional academic knowledge and skills professionally to the specific internship position.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with designated team members and build relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Experience: 0 to 1 years of general work experience.
• Skills: Application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, project management, operational performance enhancement, collaboration.
• Bonus: Strong interest in pursuing a career in manufacturing operations management after graduation, and availability to start the internship at the end of May 2026, targeting graduation between December 2026 and May 2027.
