Job Description
Role: Content Marketing Intern
Location: Remote (India-based preferred)
Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)
Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
Start Date: Immediate
Overview:
As a Content Marketing Intern, you will own and operate Lil Big Things’ internal content marketing flywheel, starting with an eBook series. You will work closely with the founder, designers, and writers to:
• Manage content creation
• Track real-world performance
• Propose experiments
• Learn how smart marketing actually works
This role focuses on building a repeatable system that drives actual leads and results, rather than general social media work.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the writing and publishing of eBooks
• Draft or refine subject lines, landing page copy, and CTAs
• Set up and track metrics (with tools like Bitly, GA4, Notion dashboards)
• Review performance weekly and propose improvements
• Collaborate with designers to finalize layouts and visuals
• Support distribution experiments (organic posts, email sequences, and repurposing)
Requirements:
• Strong writing skills (or a desire to improve rapidly)
• Curiosity about marketing, psychology, and how people make decisions
• Comfort with data, tracking tools, and learning new systems
• Obsessed with detail, performance, and optimization
• Comfortable with tools like Notion and ChatGPT, or eager to learn them
Bonus:
• Experience writing or editing content (blog, newsletter, campus project)
• Experience with GA4, Clarity, Bitly, or email tools
