What You’ll Actually Do
• Market Strategy: Conduct vital research and refine competitive strategies to ensure market leadership for IBM Technology and Red Hat solutions.
• Client Engagement: Support workshops, meetings, and interviews to understand, document, and synthesize client requirements effectively.
• Process Improvement: Design models to improve operational efficiency and deliver a seamless client experience.
• Project Implementation: Contribute to AI, Data Analytics, Automation, and Red Hat projects by participating in IBM Consulting implementations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree with a demonstrated track record of academic success.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience, willingness to travel as needed, and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration, initiative to seek new knowledge, and a creative, logical approach to identifying effective solutions.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; foundational quantitative analysis skills; exposure to AI concepts, programming languages, or Hybrid Cloud environments.
