Job Description
This role is for a Consulting Intern within Rystad Energy’s expanding consulting team in Houston, TX. The firm is specifically seeking students graduating in December 2026 or May 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work as a core member of project teams or on special projects.
• Engage in challenging assignments requiring rigorous analysis to derive insights and conclusions.
• Work closely with clients, learning and deploying knowledge quickly.
• Operate across diverse energy sectors based on project needs, including:
• Traditional oil and gas
• Midstream infrastructure
• Energy transition sectors such as renewables, hydrogen, and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
• Primary work location is the Rystad Energy office in Houston, TX, with potential travel to client sites as required.
Desired Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Possess a strong academic track record in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, finance, economics).
• Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A keen interest in learning about the energy industry and the ongoing energy transition.
