Work You’ll Do:

This role involves creating innovative and transformative solutions for clients, addressing their next-generation needs. You’ll be responsible for:

Strategy Development: Creating effective visions, strategies, and roadmaps that align with business and technology objectives.
Business Model Transformation: Architecting enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies, advising clients on business growth and achieving target cost structures.
Innovation & Transformation: Helping clients innovate and transform their current business models and customer experiences, leveraging emerging digital and cognitive technologies to create a competitive advantage.
Shared Services Optimization: Assisting clients in developing shared services organizations and improving back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes, with a focus on stakeholder management through feasibility studies, global best practices, industry benchmarks, and process scopes.
Industry Analysis: Synthesizing quantitative and qualitative financial market information, key players, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Specific experience required:
• Supporting the development and documentation of internal business processes and metrics aligned with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, using tools like Microsoft Visio, Gartner, Forrester, and IBISWorld.
• Providing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling, utilizing tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Microsoft Excel.
• Analyzing financial and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization, utilizing Value Case Methodology and Zero-Based Budgeting.
• Applying Human-Centered Design methodology to provide scalable designs for technical solutions.
• Participating in client workshop sessions, capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions using tools like Mural, Miro, Jira, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Working across all phases of the Value Case Methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile) for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients.
• Modeling, designing, and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Performing gap analysis and documenting ‘as-is’ versus ‘to-be’ state using SWOT Analysis, Gartner, Forrester, and IBISWorld.

Additional Information:

• 50% Travel required nationally.
• Telecommuting permitted.
• Work location includes various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
• Hours: M-F, 40 hours/week.
• Annual Salary: $88,800.00 – $148,000.00.
