• Mission: This person will ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency for external clients by managing accounting operations, supporting month-end close, preparing reports, providing client service, and implementing process improvements.

What You’ll Actually Do
• General Accounting: Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
• Month-End Close: Participate in and support Month-End Close activities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and client requirements.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial and operational reports for various stakeholders, analyzing information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Client Management: Provide high-quality support to external clients, managing requests and inquiries through case management platforms.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounting processes, leveraging digital tools and AI for efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s Degree. This role requires foundational knowledge in accounting and financial operations.
• Experience: Demonstrated exposure to financial record-keeping processes, including data collection and processing. Experience with data extraction, analysis, and interpretation, and working with financial controls and procedures. Exposure to preparing and delivering accurate and timely financial reports, and experience managing daily transactions.
• Skills: Account Reconciliation, Financial Reporting, Data Analysis, Financial Controls, Transaction Management, Client Service.
• Bonus: Exposure to advanced financial analysis, including complex transactions and KPI interpretation. Experience with financial planning knowledge, including forecasting and fixed assets management. Exposure to specialized accounting skills focused on data accuracy and completeness.
