Construction Project Support Analyst | DHL Group

The work helps ensure the continued success of one of the largest global leaders in logistics and supply chain.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Team: Corporate Real Estate AMERICAS Construction team
• Mission: This role ensures the integrity and compliance of construction project data within the Project Tracking Tool (PTT) by evaluating audit materials and proposing process improvements.
• Tech Stack: Project Tracking Tool (PTT)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Data Evaluation: Evaluate Project Tracking Tool (PTT) data and critical Internal Control System (ICS) audit materials for construction projects.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities within existing data processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• System Enhancement: Propose opportunities for automation or system updates to streamline data management and reporting.
• Data Validation: Collaborate with Construction Project Managers (PMs) for essential project data validation and verification.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field, with a base knowledge of construction and real estate principles.
• Experience: Understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Skills: Strong data review and analytical thinking skills, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with project documentation or construction workflows is preferred.
