Construction Project Management Internship

About the Role
We are looking for a Construction Project Management Intern to join our Miami team immediately. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to the day-to-day operations of high-end residential construction and project management. This is a full-time, on-site position (9 AM – 6 PM) and requires a 6-month commitment.

What You’ll Do
• Assist in managing residential renovation projects from start to finish
• Support proposal preparation, drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimates
• Conduct daily site visits across multiple active projects
• Assist with client communication throughout project phases
• Support file management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Help coordinate procurement and track materials and samples
• Maintain vendor databases and pricing logs
• Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings
• Work closely with construction, design, and operations teams

You’re a Good Fit If You
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong interest in construction and project management
• Background in construction through education, prior experience, or both
• Must have access to a car and valid driver’s license
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership

Bonus Qualifications
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
