What You’ll Actually Do
• Quantity Take-offs: Perform accurate quantity take-offs for construction components.
• Cost Estimates: Create detailed cost estimates for various project elements.
• Labor Schedules: Prepare comprehensive labor schedules to plan workforce deployment.
• Material Management: Order and receive necessary materials, supplies, tools, and equipment for projects.
• Change Orders: Process change orders to reflect design or scope modifications effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Science, or currently enrolled in a Master’s program.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are required for this internship role.
• Skills: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
